Musician Referral

We provide Event Artists for special occasion with inexpensive cost. They play live background music for a wide variety of events and gatherings, such as Weddings, parties, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, restaurants, retreats, funerals, grand openings, libraries, concerts, social organizations, academic events, business or corporate meetings/ conferences/ seminars and other special events. Bring Live and Refreshing music to your next event because like a fresh smell of real flower there is nothing refreshing and energizing to have live music for your event! Bookings - can be booked at least 3 months in advance or up to one year in advance. Early bookings are recommended especially during the wedding and Christmas seasons.
 

Rates – Rates, although the following table shows some pricing information, varies based on the type of event, place, distance, and difficulty of event. For instance, some event requires light and popular songs whereas others demand more difficult music. Also some location requires extra driving distance whereas others are located close to our store. Please call us for the exact pricing information. The following pricing shows average pricing quotes based on ordinary condition not including corporate event.

Special Instrument: Harp Solo

Ceremony: $450 (flat fee for ceremony)

Reception / Cocktail Hour (add-on): $195 per hour (30 minute minimum)

Corporate event: $700 for the 1st 2 hours

Additional charge will be applied for a harpist to play with additional musician and ensembles setting. 


  • The customer must provide piano at the event location.
  • Additional travel fee or second-location fee may be added.
  • Musicians require a 10-15 minutes break for every 2-3 hours of playing.
  • All rates are based within 20 miles of Tustin. Additional long distance travel fees may be required.
  • Rates and terms are subject to change.
  • The service is confirmed when the contract is signed and the deposit ($150- none refundable) is received.
